Аннотация

Как любые объекты институты обладают некоторыми свойствами, которые влияют на их функционирование, что, в свою очередь, сказывается на поведении индивидов. Отдельные свойства институтов упоминаются и анализируются в большом числе исследований как в экономической науке, так и в других социальных науках. Однако работы, специально посвящённые той или иной группе свойств, фактически отсутствуют. Задачами статьи является разработка и обоснование типологии свойств институтов, краткий обзор имеющихся исследований отдельных из этих свойств, а также выявление актуальных направлений, в которых изучение свойств институтов и составляющих их элементов ещё не проводилось либо находится на ранней стадии. Для этого разграничены свойства институтов как подсистем более общих систем и свойства элементов института как относительно обособленной системы, обсуждены свойства (функции), не только присущие любым институтам, но и те, которыми обладают лишь некоторые виды институтов, а также обсуждены свойства таких элементов институтов, как их адресаты и гаранты, с одной стороны, и правила поведения адресатов и гарантов — с другой. Выводы из проведённого анализа завершают статью.
